20 m plate carry 50 Wall Ball shots 20 m plate carry 40 Box jump overs 20 m plate carry 30 Pull-ups 20 m plate carry 10 Squats with plates L1: 2x15/10kg plates and jumping pull-ups 60/50cm box, box step up is ok, L2: 2x15/10kg plates and kipping pull-ups 60/50cm box L3: 2x20kg/15kg plates and C2B pull-ups for men, kipping pull-ups for women, 75/60cm box
