    AMRAP 6 minutes of: 50m Hill Shuttle Sprints

    The athlete will perform as many shuttle sprints up and down the hill as possible in 6 minutes.

    In an 8 minute window: 3 Power Cleans +3 Front Squats + 3 Shoulder to Overhead

    Find your max for the barbell complex. Barbell can not be dropped until after last rep and hands must remain on the bar during all 9 reps.
