    Gun Run

    Min 00-10:

    For time:

    1200m Run with 9/6kg medicin ball

    Just pick it up!

    Min 10-20:

    EMOM 6 minutes:

    1RM Clean and thruster

    Find RM for the lift. Athletes are responsible for adding weight every minute. Lifter has 3 tries within the same minute to make a successful lift. If still not making the lift, the workout ends there. Feet can not move after clean and thruster. Jerk is not allowed.

    AMRAP 10 minutes:

    30 Calorie Row

    30 KB Snatch 24/16kg

    30 Wall Balls 9/6kg

    Athletes start sitting on the rower. Rower must be reset to 0 between rounds.

    4 Strict Pull Ups

    8 Hand Release Push Ups

    12 Toes to Bar
